David Duchovny once said that confidence is extremely attractive. I agree. The dictionary defines beauty as a combination of qualities, such as shape, colour, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight.’ But anyone who has ever fallen in love will agree that looks are not everything.

Why do women think skinny is beautiful and menyou eat fruit and vegetables, then there is not a lot of space left to indulge in unhealthy snacks.

How do we cross the divide?
It seems that the divide can be easily crossed if women only knew what men really think. They like women and do not care too much about the cellulite you see. They do not compare you to a fourteen year old in a beauty magazine so far. Of course looking good is not just so that men may want us. That is not the beginning and the end of it. It is more important to enjoy life than to punish yourself. My motto is, do not take away, rather add. I do not count calories and may eat sweets if I want, but I add fruit and vegetables. I would rather add something, than take away something. If you make sure you have your eight glasses of water and you make sure you eat fruit and vegetables, then there is not a lot of space left to indulge in unhealthy snacks.
